Gluten-Free Health Coaching
I have to admit that when I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease I was devasted and frightened.

I was afraid I was never going to be able to enjoy food again and would have so many limitations that I was both sad and angry.
Truth is that going gluten-free can be overwhelming; but, it is also necessary for people who are Celiac, gluten-sensitive, or gluten-allergic if you want to be healthy. Just being honest.
The good news though is that the world is catching on and there is more availability of gluten-free foods on the market. However, good health is not about replacing your pantry with packaged gluten-free foods. As a matter of fact, did you know that eating too much gluten-free food can actually still cause you to get glutened? Gluten-free foods, too, have their downside.
To achieve your optimum health your gut needs to heal and the malabsorption issues that accompany diseases such as Celiac need to be addressed. To do that it’s important to understand what foods will best heal your gut so all those odd symptoms that you didn’t know were connected to gluten will go away. Goodbye headaches, hair loss, fatigue, skin rashes and brain fog! Just to name a few!
In addition to gluten in foods, gluten is often found in many hidden places such as envelopes, tea bags, and paper straws! …unfortunately, the list goes on! It’s important to know what to watch out for. After all, you don’t know what you don’t know and even just a little bit of gluten in your diet could keep you from achieving full healing from Celiac disease or could keep you in a vicious cycle of inflammation and unwellness.
My special passion is helping people attain a healthy and happy gluten-free lifestyle! I hope you will feel encouraged as you advocate for yourself and realize, “I CAN DO THIS!” Once you are feeling healthy, energetic, and empowered, you will be so happy you took the time to learn how to live the good life gluten-free!
